Here on my channel, I help women find freedom from dieting and enjoy food again. In my own life, I realized that most of my focus was on my weight and the way I looked, rather than taking care of my body. I was doing a lot of unhealthy things in the name of losing weight and sacrificing my health because I thought I should be a certain size or look a certain way. Through my professional and personal experience, I've learned that it's much healthier physically and mentally to put attention on our health habits, rather than some arbitrary number on the scale. I want to help you build healthy habits that last so you can spend your time and energy on all of the other things in your life instead of dieting.
