Feel physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger through climbing without the embarrassment or frustration that you aren't good enough. I started climbing because I wanted to exercise and feel strong like I did in high school. But I got bored at the gym and couldn't commit to a team sport. Plus, I had hip and knee issues. With climbing, I could go by myself at any time and get a full-body workout without joint pain. I no longer have hip or knee issues. In addition to a physical workout, climbing is a mental workout with problem-solving and I get an emotional euphoria each time I finished a route. But it was hard at first. I struggled with basic moves and I started climbing at 6am so I wouldn't feel embarrassed or frustrated in front of other people. After spending hundreds of dollars learning climbing skills and techniques, I realized that other people may have the same struggle so I took what I learned and turned them into videos.
