I am a lifelong athlete who became an overweight, middle-aged man with a heart problem & arthritic hip. I declined heart surgery & a hip replacement to focus on nutrition instead, regaining normal heart function by losing weight & restoring electrolyte balance. I regenerated a hip joint that was so badly arthritic I could barely walk, and now run 10miles over mountain trails. I am now a Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach helping people address stubborn weight gain & a multitude of diseases and conditions usually associated with "ageing" but actually linked to bodyweight and bad diet.
