Social Network Shaman
The social network shaman is based on the research of Michael A. Goedeker, MSc. and Hakdefnet, and is an app and community dedicated to helping the victims of cyberbullying and toxic and aggressive social network users that attack people. Our app helps people improve their mental health, and we use holistic health practices that increase well-being, like meditation, healing journeys, and Tai Chi / Qi Gong, to reduce and stop depression. We also provide cyber defense capabilities that victims need to stop further attacks. The rules of this channel are: Don't be toxic, harmful, or a troll. You'll get booted and comments deleted. Be constructive; your comments are welcome when relevant/constructive. This channel highlights the dangers of addictive social media and its apps. We are not saying stop completely; just be mindful. Using hiking, meditation, shamanic healing, and journeying to reduce stress and depression. We are not claiming or saying we are doctors or psychologist.
