Welcome to Sound Coherence - a source of therapeutic and healing sound, music for breath work and medicinal music. I am Alistair, a sound healing practitioner, musician, composer, breath and voice work facilitator. My life purpose is to share the healing power of sound and music with you! Sound vibrates the body, releases tension, moves the emotions, inspires the mind and touches the spirit. It is deeply relaxing, meditative and transformative. With sound we can look after our inner world, aid our physical healing and health, and balance our energetic system. I use healing frequencies, tuning forks, voice, harp, gongs, singing bowls, chimes and more to create sound baths, sound meditations, frequency immersions, medicinal sound and music journeys. I trained with the College of Sound Healing in 2014 & have attended courses with leading figures in the field of sound healing & sound therapy. I also worked for 6 years in hospitals, care homes and a hospice. I hope you enjoy my offering.
