Hi there! We’re a Singaporean couple passionate about sharing recipes to make cooking enjoyable and stress-free. Roland is the culinary star of our channel, while Jamie takes care of the behind-the-scenes filming, editing, and everything else. Our speciality is Singapore-inspired Chinese cuisine, though we occasionally explore other cuisines too. Born and raised in Singapore, Roland's heritage is a mix of Chinese and Korean (thanks to his maternal grandfather). He started cooking at just seven years old and honed his craft under the guidance of family members, some of whom are professional chefs.
