TalkTools was founded by Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson in the 1990's to provide the best Oral-Placement Therapy (OPT) techniques, training, and tools. OPT uses a hierarchical based approach to improve speech clarity and feeding skills in individuals of all ages and across diagnoses. It adds a tactile component to traditional speech and feeding therapy, enabling clients to feel the movements necessary for the development of their skills. Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals facing the obstacles of speech and feeding disabilities. We approach this goal primarily through education. We strive daily to educate therapists and parents with clinically proven techniques that improve speech and feeding. Over 3,000 attend one of our live workshops or self study courses every year.
