While Dani, a dietitian for the past 13 years, teaches you all the ways to eat/cook clean, Chris is the entertainment to tell you if what she is saying about the food needing to be 100% healthy is true. Danielle (Dani) has been in the weight loss/fitness/wellness industry for over 18 years. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years and a Dietitian for 13 years. Her expertise and passion lie with fitness and gut health for hormone balance. Chris used to be 248 lbs! He will tell you he LOVES to eat and still LOVES to eat. Being married to a dietitian isn't easy so we give him credit for putting up with Dani. Chris is now down to 190 lbs!
