We started The Happy Pear business over 20 years ago with a vegetable shop. The Happy Pear now consists of that same veg shop, a cafe and bakery, over 80 delicious plant based food products, 15+ online courses (that over 100k people have taken!), a Recipe Club, 6 cookbooks, and a social media following of nearly 2 million people! We started this channel to help anyone looking to start or continue on their road to health and happiness through a whole food plant based diet. This is a virtual cookbook for you to watch and find your new favourite recipe or the one that convinces your parents that not all vegans have to eat seeds and lettuce!
