I've seen incredible results from a low carb high fat diet. The hardest part for me was learning how to cook on the ketogenic diet. I've dedicated myself to sharing what I have learned thus far. Every week I create 1 new recipe for the low carb / ketogenic diet community. We'll be using more advanced culinary techniques than other YouTube channels typically do.
