Ketogenic meals, reviews and guides! I was a 16 year old boy with severe knee, stomach and weight problems. I was living on a very unhealthy high carb diet that consisted of 4 packets of crisps a day, enough food for a small family for lunch, lots of dinner and lots of sugary desserts. I was fed up with my weight and every diet I tried was agony and I gave up within days because of constant hunger pains and cravings. 6 years later I'm now a healthy adult and an avid low carb-er! Within 10 months of dropping my carbohydrates dramatically I lost 4 stone and started feeling healthy and comfortable in my own skin. Eating low carb/ketogenic cleared up so many different issues; from my weight to clearing up my spotty skin. I learnt how to cook and bake. I got really good at it! So good that I became quite renown in my ketogenic family for making my own "replica recipes"... I don't think it's fair to keep these yummy foods to myself! Enjoy!
