Welcome! I am a pelvic health physical therapist in Kelowna BC, Canada and I am passionate about spreading awareness about all things related to the pelvic floor. I found myself immersing myself in this field after the birth of my first child. I struggled to get back to my active lifestyle and felt confused, angry and alone in the process. I was not asked about all of the embarrassing symptoms I was experiencing and there was no guidance. Within the Pelvic Floor Project Space: - I provide 1:1 guidance and support to anyone with a pelvic floor (psssst...everyone has a pelvic floor)! - Run the Pelvic Floor Project Podcast - Support pregnant and postpartum women through my project 'Mommy Berries' - Facilitate special initiatives in my community promoting physical health and wellness My passion is educating and in doing so, I hope that it helps you find the guidance and support that you need.
