The Race Club swim camps is founded by three-time Olympic swimmer and 3-time medalist Dr. Gary Hall, Sr., and his son, Gary Hall, Jr., who is also a three-time Olympic swimmer who won ten (10) Olympic medals. http://www.theraceclub.com/swim-camps/ Together, the Halls operate The Race Club, a Southern California swim camp in Coronado, CA and a Florida swim camp located in the Florida Keys which offers a comprehensive swimming training program for athletes of all levels and abilities. Swim camps are offered at their Florida and Los Angeles California swim camp facility as well as swim courses to enable fast swimming in many strokes, including the freestyle swimming stroke. TRC also sells Swimming videos that includes underwater swimming technique videos, to instruct students to swim faster. TRC also sells online swimming nutrition because nutrition for swimmers is a critical component to swim faster. A swimming nutrition plan is essential for competitive swimming.
