I Live in the Mountains of Virginia's Western Highlands. This channel is about my adventures in Virginia & West Virginia to include Historic Cities & Towns, State Parks, Fairs, Festivals, Fishing, Kayaking, Boating, Camping, Cooking, Homebrewing, Wine Making, Product Reviews, Farming & Aquarium Videos. (Brief Bio) At 18 I attended Chef School in Europe, by the time I was 20 in 1986 I was the Sous Chef to Michelin Star Chef Eckart Witzigmann until he ran into some legal problems and the restaurant sold. I then joined the US Air Force and after I got out I worked in the Justice Field. I've always been in a band on the side and in 1999 I got a recording deal in Nashville working for Larry Butler Music. By 2002 I was a chef again working in restaurants. In 2004 I opened a catering business. In 2008 I began Farming. In 2019 I went back to working in Justice Field. In 2025 I bought a food trailer. My life has come full circle back to food. So stay tuned here for many more of my adventures!
