After practicing as a busy Emergency Doctor and General Practitioner in Australia and overseas for 20 years and working 70 hours a week most of the time caused severe burn out. I had an amazing blessing in disguise which was a life changing heart attack in 2014. In this delicate near death painful blissful moment I started practicing Vipassana Meditation unintentionally which saved my life (full story in my blog).
