After launching a succesful channel years ago with millions of views and 30,000 subscribers I decided to delete everything and start again with my last attempt at losing weight later in life. So the purpose of this channel is to take a middle aged overweight man and see if he can: 1 - lose weight 2 - stop drinking alcohol 3 - use my channel to hold me accountable to changing my life So i started my quest to lose weight in later life on June 22nd 2023.
