VR Fitness got me out of burnout and depression, helped me lose over 20 lbs and turned my life around. Now I want to help you do the same. I combine my passion for VR with my passion for helping others, 20+ years in the Fitness Industry, a Ph.D in Neuroscience and my certification as a Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) to make videos that cover: 1. How you can use VR to improve your fitness level 2. Which VR Fitness apps are the best choice for your specific goal 3. How VR can change your life by documenting my own journey and sharing others' 4.
