Hi! Welcome to my channel! My name is Jessica! I have spent a lifetime struggling with PCOS. Finally 4 years ago I decided to take control of my health and I started doing Weight Watchers. Since then I have lost 82lbs from my highest weight. Not only have I lost a lot of weight, but I have been able to reverse my PCOS and the symptoms that I was experiencing. I created my channel to share WW friendly recipes, grocery hauls, tips on how to work the program, and to also share my journey with PCOS and what I have done to overcome it. I hope you enjoy my videos and that they are a help to you :)
