The page began in 2007 with its core concept being a need to edit short racing videos. I had been writing for several online NASCAR sites beginning in 2000 and continued writing three articles per week until the start of this page. The page took advantage of NASCAR's ignorance in regard to social media as our videos were playing to a global audience. I want to thank Juan Montoya for that because this guy has fans that visit very large racing websites outside of the U.S. Well, when NASCAR finally woke-up they ordered their lawyers to put a stop to BumpsNotes. There were about 500 videos and 200 were removed outright. I agreed not to make video's and they agreed not to make me homeless. There are about 300 videos and NASCAR lifted their sanctions allowing them to be viewed here. They all have copyright strikes out the ying-yang. At this point these videos are 15 years old and things have changed a lot but, I still take pride in what we did here. Thank You!
