We know that looking to fitness gurus or models on YouTube or in magazines can be discouraging. That’s why we wanted to make a channel by (xtra)ordinary people for (xtra)ordinary people. So, why “(xtra)”ordinary? We are real people with ordinary lives. None of us here are pro athletes, and we all have careers that keep us busy.
