Hello, and welcome to a channel focused on climbing mountains, hiking, and getting in better shape. I've been an avid hiker and mountain climber for nine or so years and a personal trainer for twenty. I truly enjoy climbing mountains, and I want to get to the top of as many summits as I can, especially peaks with higher prominence. I like to do hikes without summits too, but if you give me a choice between summiting a peak, versus going on some grand hike, I will choose the peak almost every time. Fitness is also a passion of mine, and while you can have fitness without hiking, you can't have hiking - especially harder hiking - without fitness.
