Build Your Tomorrow

Ever since the summer of 2013, I've been trying to find a way to work for myself. I had recently gotten fired and was suffering from general and social anxiety as a result. I knew that I was broken and the only thing that would give me hope was the dream of eventually being in control of my paycheck. In those days (summer of 2013), apps were all the craze so I decided to spend the next few years teaching myself how to code. After getting it wrong a million times, I would eventually build the personal finance application that is currently live at www.buildyourtomorrow.com. Till this day, teaching myself how to code and building an app are two of my greatest achievements. But after spending years teaching myself web development and finally building a useful app, I realized that I needed customers. But where were they and how could I get some? So I came to YouTube with the goal of building a community, helping others, and at the same time, overcoming the fearful voice in my head.
