Our channel is committed to putting out informative kitchen content. I have a passion for food, with 35 years in the food industry and have seen my way around hundreds of restaurant kitchens. I am focused on bringing quality content and helping others to find answers as well as providing good recipes and food creations. We focus on scratch recipes with occasional experimentation. We do not claim to have authentic recipes, but love to create our own dishes with a twist. We enjoy giving step by step instructions with a nice mix of our favorite music.
