I have successfully beat binge eating, lost 100lbs and reversed insulin resistance on a plant based diet. At 220 lbs, I still have a way to go. Keeping to a strength routine a challenge and although I am no longer diabetic, I have a lot of repair work to do after having the condition for 15 years.
