When I switched to the SHRED System I lost over 60 pounds and 6 dress sizes and recovered from debilitating health problems. To lose weight I eat 3x 400-calorie meals and one snack each day. All of my complete meal recipes are under 400 calories. Eating a calorie-restricted high protein diet is the most effective way to lose weight and keep it off.
