I have a BA Hons in Contemporary Dance, a Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy, a Diploma in Pilates Instruction, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Teacher Training Certificates in Forrest Yoga, Baptiste Power Yoga and BodyMindLife Vinyasa Yoga. My passion is teaching teachers and assisting clients through movement.
