Welcome! I’m Denise and I make videos on a vegan whole plant food diet with no refined oil, no refined sugar, and low sodium. Whole Plant Foods are low on the calorie density scale and high in nutrients! And because of that this lifestyle is great for weight-loss! This way of life also has a low impact on the environment, and allows us to be the voice for the voiceless and BE THE CHANGE as far as ending animal cruelty. My only wish is that I discovered this way of eating earlier, but this was my journey so no-regrets and I'm here now...it's for life.
